Return / Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
We offer returns or exchanges only on non-personalized and non-custom ordered items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original and unused condition with its original packaging. Items damaged in shipping must be reported to support@originmillwork.com within two days of product delivery.

2. Time frame
The window for returns or exchanges is three days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return falls under our warranty policy.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@originmillwork.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

5. Refund/Exchange
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, as applicable, within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable unless they fall under our warranty policy. Please refer to our warranty policy for more information on warranty coverage for custom-made products.

8. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this return/refund policy at any time without prior notice.
